Hi guys. Does anyone of you know how to create a Bitcoin IPO? I am an artist and would love to include people in the finance and creation of a CD and then return percentage of revenue back to the financiers... Bitcoin-wise of course.

Are there any available solutions for this out there now?

I don't think you can do it yet, you'll have to wait until Coloured coins is launched.  As far as I know it's still being developed.
