Just want to post everything I know about this guy.
I sent them .8 BTC for 8 blade miners. After a few days I realized its a scam and I started digging, heres what I found:
He/she owns multiple sites
After digging threw multiple emails, I was about to extract this from the email headers:

"User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/24.1.1"
Meaning that he is using Windows 7 64 bit and most likely using Thunderbird as an email client to check his email, which is hosted at gmail.com
What he may not have known is her IP is stored in the email header as well when not using the web interface....
His IP address was at the time of email (Wed, 04 Dec 2013 14:17:00 -0800 PST) 82.132.245.194
That IP belongs to a Mobil Phone company, O2 Online UK. I do not see them offering home ISP service, so this guy I believe is either using a laptop with a built in 3g card or tethering off of his phone. Either way, I did a geo-ip locate which put them somewhere in the area of Streatley, England.

The ISP should have records of who had the IP of 82.132.245.194 on Wednesday Dec 4th, 2013 at 2:17PM PST. The authorities at Streatley, England should be able to subpoena from the ISP the identity of the person who was leased that IP.

Also, in a previous email, he sent out an email with this info:
X-Mailer: BlackBerry Email (10.1.0.4633)
So he was getting his email on his blackberry phone. His IP from this email was 82.132.217.59 on Fri, 29 Nov 2013 15:15:18 -0800 (PST).
This puts him near Manchester, England.

I will be contacting authorities soon to report him. Please, if you have been scammed as well, please also contact the authorities in Streatley, England. If one of us calls, they may laugh over a stolen "bitcoin" but if enough of us who have been scammed call, it will make them take action!

Can you elaborate on how you realised it was a scam. Granted, .8 for 8 blades is awfully cheap right now but you need to detail the scam, not your investigative work.

After much back and forth with him across his multiple email accounts, of which he called his other email accounts scammers lol, he eventually ended on a high note border-lining sexual harassment lol.

I understand the concern but you have to look at it from our perspective, your 3 post are in this thread only. Your first one talking about your awesome detective skills but you never show how it was a scam. If there are emails, post them, don't be shy.

Let me give you an example:

Quote
My boss is scamming me out of wages. I clock in at 0900, clock out at 1200, and back in at 1300. I finally clock out at 1700 for the end of the day. My boss being an I.T. major goes in at the end of the day and changes my times and corrupts the logs so I can't prove any wrong doing. He has put restrictions on all the computers to prevent screenshots and we are not allowed to have our cell phones at our desk. I work at ABC, Inc and if it wasn't for my 15 kids I would quit right now.

You have to tell us how it was a scam, not just, I reversed ip'd him and figured it was a scam because he used multiple emails. I run an I.T. business, I use several emails, sometimes when I'm replying to a business email on my iPhone I forget to change the outgoing address and it is sent from my personal, that causes confusion to the customer, but I do fix it when I realize the error.

In this current time, there are a lot of scammers and we do need to be weary of them, and notifying us of them is good to do. The same way you would have to prove to the police you were scammed you need to prove to us or we will just think you are trolling the forums.

Michael

I have also issues with them. I ordered for .5btc (without enough research..) on asic-market.com.
After several emails (france, paris) he redirected me to sales@asic-tech.com for further mail contact.
Also skyped with him (asic-marked) where he is almost all the time online. Well it was skype chat, he didnt answer my skype calls..

So far i am waiting for an answer, but looks like a scam..

Some more resources:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=249431.msg3827089#msg3827089
and this:
http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1s18o0/validity_of_asicmarketcom/

Last one sounds kinda good, but might just be false..

I also wasn't careful and got scammed by this guy out of .1 BTC, which was nearly my entire wallet.
I'd been saving this up for months of hobby mining. This guy is a real Ass Hat!  Angry

I've been tracking down all all of his service providers and reporting them. I suggest everyone else who has been scammed to do the same.

Report him to the following so far...

http://www.whoisguard.com/contact-us.asp

Please avoid this Asshat!

I'll pay them back don't worry first wait till they drop to 2 dollars.
Thanks again mate I'll send you a pic of my new car when I get it.

Hi,

I also did a test buy to check this site out, and unfortunately seems to have lost my coin....

Should/could we organize some joint action against this site, there's a similar thread going on at reddit:
http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1s18o0/validity_of_asicmarketcom/

I think we should try to gather up as many as possible who have been scammed by them and try to get something done about it.

Personally I've already calculated the coin lost, no big deal, but rather than have them keep I'd give it to someone who has the means to get it out of them, if I can't have it refunded. So if refunding through legal means doesn't seem feasible, with enough people in the lot we could have enough coin in the scammed pot to interest different kinds of debt collectors....
