Prepaid visa/mastercard?

I'm looking for a prepaid visa or something similar that I can use bitcoins to reload. Also, it would be fantastic if it didn't cost $50 for a $25 card. Much appreciated!

i do these for the loading fee (about 3/4 dollars on a 25 card) +7 dollars

casascius 2013 brass 0.5 and 1.0 individuals (0.8 and 1.3 BTC each) and sealed rolls (65 and 40 BTC)
