Newbie Restrictions
You can only post in the Newbie and Local sub-forums till you have made one post and waited 4 hours. This post must be substantial: at least several sentences. The other two restrictions are you need 1 post to be able to send a PM and 10 posts to put a link in your sig.  You can only post once every 360 seconds to start and there are a few other things that trigger this timer such as logging in and searching.

Please read tehe "NEWBIE README" topic.

I guess you always wait 5 minutes before you post after login or search... Then only reason for this is someone else with the same IP using bitcointalk as well

What use is a signature?

I would also suggest that you do not try to re-post things too often if your original message doesn't go through the first time. You'll get backed up further.

The having the wait 5 min after you login is awful.  Sometimes I don't realized I'm logged out, find something I want to respond to, log in and just have to sit there for 4 min with the response written.   Oh well..

Going to lock this topic.
At the time that i've created this topic I wasn't able to reply to newbies topics. But at the same time I was able to create this topic.
I think it bugged a bit at that time.

Since I never encountered any other problem.

Going to close this topic.
Thank you all for your help.
