This Might Be The First Hospital To Accept Bitcoin Donations!
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

This doesn't look legit.  The hospital's donations page (http://shamlajihospital.org/donation/) doesn't actually have a QR code or address listed.  My guess is that someone fabricated this image with their own QR code, banking on the people that don't question it.

Maybe you're right. I didn't bother to lookup their native website, just looked now and I know what you mean.
