How do boys girls and aliens, munters, swamp donkeys, and the good ole pirates

I have set up my raspberry to mine using minepeon ( sod me i may aswell have learned at school ) Oh yes we did not learn programming

Do I have to be logged into minepeon for this to work . I thought the idea of having a PI was i did not have to leave my laptop running 24/7


any help most appreciated
