in my opinion there is nothing that I am with coinmarketcup because as I know the market is currently recovering and could be good for the future, let alone coinmarketcap adding coins only exceeds the existing trade

You can get on coinmarket cap by getting your coin on to one of several popular exchanges and getting enough market activity to warrant a listing.  If you meet their requirements and they somehow don't list it then just contact them.

it's bit confusing, before taking any initiative or investing money we should gather knowledge as much as we can, if we see any suspaciosue things about any currency we shoud be aware, and learn more about it.

There might be many coins. But values differs tremendously. It will take some value for any coin to be recognized. And the Coinsmarketcap only enlist those who has greater value.

I believe that you have got your answer. However, coinmarketcap focuses on the transaction of coins and meeting the requirement it allow them to be listed in their site. So website is not a major issue in this regard.

As far I know the coin market focus not on what form of communication system it has but on the value of coins. Coinmarketcap only add them whose trading volume exceeds 50k usd per day. Apparently, website isn’t a  vital thing.

actually nothing wrong with coinmarketcap, it's just a lot of new coins are released and I think maybe they have a team that is not solid and inexperienced and does not have a good business partner to support the ICO, because an ICO when launched it will have a coin and a clear website, because of course investors will see their website to analyze and read the white paper and ICO roadmap before investing.

I checked it out, there are a lot of coins that don't even have a website,

is anyone here that is part of that websites managment?

Why is their website so badly managed, and how can a new coin get listed? is this website dead?

regards

A lot of people seem to hate it but I think it's a good site for getting an overview of a specific coin/markets. For beginners anyway, for the advanced users, there are better sites.

I have no idea how new coins get listed, but you can see new coins listed everyday, and old shitcoins delisted everyday as well. I don't think the website is dead, it's just like the others said, they are focusing on value.

Coinmarket always track the various crypto currency but they block bitcoins because they are changing their system they calculated also some company refuse to accept bitcoin so coinmarket try to manipulate the market so bitcoin will recover this very soon because bitcoin is one of the best crypto currency system.
if coinmarkketcap uses its capabilities to harm users of crypto currency, then we need to look for another resource for extracting information about different coins. Who can advise what? There is still such a resource so coincodex.
Yes there are lots:

Here is 10 alternatives to Coinmarketcap

Thats is not coinmarketcap problem, I think is the fault of the coins that has refused to add a website or update it. Coinmarket only list coins that has reached the minimum volume it required on an exchange . There are different entity from the coins listed there. Cheesy

This site is probably doing poorly because of the bad pay, and by the way there are many other web sites where the data is more accurate, and change every half minute.

I do not understand your problem, this site works well and adds a lot of coins traded on exchanges, you probably just do not know how to use it properly.

I think it is very hard to manage this process. How do you wanna know which coin is a scam and which not? It is really hard to say. I already see Coimarketcap delisting a lot, and I think more coins will get delisted. Have some patience guys Smiley

what do you mean? as far as I know its not easy to be listed on coinmarketcap, if there is no website for that certain altcoin, there is no reason for that altcoin to be part of coinmarketcap. and I dont see any altcoins like what you are saying.

The website of coinmarketcap was not dead, actually the coins are listed in there was a legit and need some enough money to be listed on there. If they don't have maybe we cannot saw in that site or we can see only in the exchanger on where they listed the token.

As far as I know there are many coins that don’t have any website. Coinmarketcap only added those coin whose trading range is $50,000 per day. They focus only the value of the coin.

We know that lack more commitment of the site and we know of the information breakdown through some currencies, but we can not complain about full belly and solid investor is based on the charts and do not care much for fundamentalist information, unless the moment forces the search for information. However it is interesting if the coinmarket database were updated or managed by third parties.
