Having a middleman sometimes is risky, both parties do not necessarily want to have a middleman because the middleman can do the unfavorable outcome for both.

The procurement department will identify any existing contracts that exist with suppliers. If there are contracts with suppliers of the materials requested on a call-off will be sent to the supplier. Otherwise, a supplier search is initiated.

Buyers can settle payment with suppliers, procurement experts can be remunerated for their services and there are various staking options for suppliers and procurement specialists to strengthen and validate marketplaces and the ecosystem as a whole.
