7 hours ago I sent money to another persons bitcoin adress and he claims that they still hasnt showed up.
When I look at the transaction I see the information: Confirmed ( 68 confirms) and these are still counting upwards,
( like 5 confirms an hours).

Has these confirms anything to do with the supposedly delayed transfer? Because I look at older transactions and
these confirms has stopped to grow so to speak. They stopped at 1277 / 387 confirms.

Should I have to wait for days before the transaction is through??

Appreciated if I could get some help!

If the transaction has confirmations, then it is sent and is in the blockchain.  One of the following has happened:

  • The recipient has accidentally given you the wrong bitcoin address.
  • You have accidentally sent to the wrong bitcoin address.
  • The recipient has a problem with their wallet that they need to resolve.
