Sometime there is problem
but as for me almost everytime its been solved within 48 Hrs
only with CENTs they are fucking slow may be they are also waiting to get wallet fixed
I do got negative balance sometime mid dec, but was fixed after audit, It happend when there is some problem or pending logs on audit
try to contact with support as much as i know they will try to solve.

I am not supporter of Cryptsy i am just a trader as all of us i am sharing all this of my personal experience and could differ from others

Thats right - usually they solve this problem within 48 hours but the last one I was so angry as I tried to withdraw my 0.5 Btc and I could not !

Later the btc was crushing a little..
After this experience I turned my back on btc for a while and sold everything.
Now, a friend of mine told me about a new coin called "NEM" and its opportunities. So I'm back (again) Grin

Is that why you have it in your sig?
I dont get it

And what would you do if you went to the bank and they did the same thing? Change bank?

Is the writing on the wall for cryptsy?

Never again. Coins stuck there, if in a hurry this can be a several thousand loss. This is scandalous.

Bye bye cryptsy!

Why the frell so many retards spell "ect" as an abbreviation of "Et Cetera"? "ETC", DAMMIT! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Et_cetera

Ok. I'm posting to be fair to cryptsy. They have a very good buyer support, the problem was solved within 2 hours. My withdrawal was lock due to the fact the password of the account was changed. They do this for security reason.

My NXT withdrawal at Cryptsy failed. No TrxID. But the coins were removed from my Cryptsy account, and never showed up in my NXT blockchain wallet. No response from tech support in over a week. No way to contact them except with a support ticket, which is simply ignored.

Is anyone else having to wait an exorbitant amount of time for their withdrawals to initiate from Cryptsy?  I traded there and ended up with some Litecoin which I want to transfer to another exchange as I saw I could sell it for a profit there and repurchase some BTC.  The problem is, Cryptsy is stuck saying "Pending" on the withdrawal and has been for over 4 hours now.  It's quite irritating as the idea here, especially for LTC, are fast transaction times.  Anyway, anyone else have this problem (and yes, I was sure that I clicked on the authorization e-mail).  I know their site has been slow lately for trades, I guess this is now being extended to transfers?  I'm not quite sure I understand why though.  Thanks!

I know sometimes it takes a day..
If you haven't got it, contact them

It's been 12 days, and no response from tier 2 tech support.
Is there any other way to contact them?

Holy cow, really? I had to wait for a withdrawal for a couple of hours before, as well. But 12 days and you've already contacted the tech support? That doesn't sound good. Does anyone else have problems withdrawing their coins currently, as well?

I should have gotten into Bitcoin back in 1992...

May be you can try to send a PM to BitJohn, a staff of cryptsy. Profile link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=110699

I've had a few delays before when withdrawing coins from Cryptsy, always got them in the end but it is frustrating when you're not sure when you're going to get them.

Yesterday my withdrawals where processed but getting there and talking to the service was a true nightmare.
It turns out they flag ones account for various reasons such as, doesn't have 2FA enabled, withdraws to a different address then before, withdrawal is over a certain amount, uses Tor and so on. Then things just don't process any more and one has to wait, talk, wait, wait, wait, talk send pics and so on and so on.

I believe they are honest people who are under attack from many different parties but I believe they need to completely transparent about when they flag accounts in advance and tell users immediately how they can get their funds.
