What are the odds that this dude who registered in 2017 would make his first post buying something from you without an escrow, without any payment information, without leaving any feedback etc.

ahmedelagamy is selling autosurf traffic, because of that is so cheap, but as you say there is no sense to buy for 4$ and sell for 2.5$. Maybe it's the same person who sell two different services.
