Well, I have had a hold on my funds for some time. I submitted multiple tickets with my ID and recent utility bill, but have yet to see the hold lifted. Can someone from BTC-e  have a look at my documents and release my money as soon as possible.

It is unlikely someone from btc-e will see this post in newbie board.

BTW, I heard somewhere that you need to send your ticket in Russian, to get it replied. Not sure if it is really the case.
