trollish... but I had the same thought. On the bright side, it's 49% more than 0 which is what he thought he had.

I was just try to make clear it's happen and it's not always about GOOD or BAD!!! You could maybe APPRECIATE but I guess you like more people hiding, do the own business, let other expose and deliver information! But action and POSITIVE notes could be emotionally too intense and complicate of some one can use just 200 words a day! Thank you for reading BTW I STILL LOOKING FORWARD TO GET BACK THE REST OF MY 51% of BTC AND YES I AM PIST OFF ABOUT IT!!!

The mybitcoin site says the claim form will be up for 30 days. So what's going to happen to all the BTC left over, from people who haven't visited the site in 30 days?

I have a feeling it has something to do with a beach on the island of Nevis.

I got back 49% (11.5 BTC) and I'm more than happy. Yeah, it sucks to loose so much...but if you were in my position and knew how much I spent to make those BTC...you wouldn't be mad.

This will set a precedent for bitcoin services to users: I AM SO ANGRY but sure, I'll let you take advantage of me and only take whatever pittance you are offering me, thus removing myself for any sort of action against you in the future.

That's what I thought about my 49% until I pondered this up in speculative head: Well, I posted my claim for my measly .12 bitcoin left at MyBitcoin. And sure enough my 49%, .0000005 something did get credited back to me. So a normal person would think, hmmm cut my loss and I'm done. Then that 49% settlement return kept creeping back into my mind and I remembered a post here that calculated that MyBitcoin may have as much as a million and a half in bitcoins. So if this hacking statement is a farse, Old Tom Williams will be walking away with a possible 8 mill at the current 10 dollar rate when he cashes out way down the road after everybody gets their 49% and decides to move on as I have. My measley .12 bitcoin is insignificant but when you add all the measely .12's, Old Tom wil have a fairly nice 401 to retire on. Hell, I could retire nicely on just 3 million. Obviously this is speculation, but I'm sure that the 1,000 and over depositors have had this same scenario cross their minds.51% and walk away with no questions asked sounds great to me.Just my 8 million cents. All I hear is someone (you) wildly speculating that MyBitcoin had 10 times more than the published figure. If you're going to keep bandying about the 8million USD figure etc - please post a reference.

That's it! all those: 2. ? ? ? ? 3. Profit posts now have an answer for ? ? ? ? if they are smart could be redistribute for the missing 51% I have a feeling they(TW and crew) will go after the hackers to proof "you can run but not can hide" at list let me dream about it!

On the bright side, it's 49% more than 0 which is what he thought he had. 49% more than 0 is 0 49% is 49% more than 0 %0 * 1.49 = 0 Let's say we have 100 bitcoins. 0% of those bitcoins is 0 bitcoins. 49% more than 0 bitcoins is still 0 bitcoins. You don't simply "add" percentages together.
