What is the best alternative crypocurrecy exchange to use?

Hey all, I'm having problems with https://www.cryptsy.com I cant for the life of the find out where you deposit your coins so you can exchange for others. I've also heard that it can anything from an hour to two days just to deposit funds there (guess it depends on the currency). What other markets /websites are there?

I'm looking to spread some of my BTC and LTC over about 6 of the best alt currencies.
