CrytpoFrenzy is proud to announce the beta launch of our crypto-porfolio service. CryptoFrenzy’s crypto-porfolio allows you to track you earnings for most crypto-currencies. Your personal portfolio will automatically calculate the cash and BTC value of your coins in real time (rates are updated every 15 minutes). Not only will this portfolio calculate your current value, it will also calculate the return on your initial investment. You can also choose which rate you want your calculations based off. CryptoFrenzy currently supports over 30 currencies as well as various crypto securities. Start A Crypto PoolNot only can you start your own personal portfolio. You can also create a crypto-pool for you and your friends to invest in. Let’s face it, crypto-currencies are still new to a lot of people and many people are weary of investing. If you are willing to do the leg work for them (purchasing and storing their coins), it might serve as a great initiation to get new people on board the crypto train. Each pool will be given a unique publicly accessible URL so members can track the status of their earnings without needing to log into the admin account. Starting a crypto-pool is easy. Each member can create up to 5 different pools and each pool can have between 2-10 members. The pool system will automatically calculate each member’s return based on their individual investments. It will also calculate how many of each coin each member holds. If members choose to add different investment amounts at different times, the pool system will take care of calculating the correct rate of return based on the current value of the pool at the time the new investments are made. The same features exist for the pool service as the standard portfolio. You can trade for the same coins and shares. You can add funds/currencies to the pool as well as trade and Free Form Modify the fields. You can also choose the default currency to display the values in as well as choose the default Bitcoin price exchange. Hi, well, it's simple but it looks like it's working. One thing that is missing is fees. For example when I sell X BTC on exchange Y, the exchange will keep a fee... of course, I can do the calculation myself but... Also, charts and more exchanges (e.g. Kraken ) would be a good thing too.

Do you want to know how many fees you have spent over time? This is simply meant to be an easy way to track the current value of your coins. The way I look at it, you just enter in the To and From amounts and it will factor in the average based on your investment. So if you traded 0.5 BTC and ended up with 5000 DGC, it doesn't really matter how much you paid in fees or at what prices the trades were made. At the end of the line, you traded 0.5 BTC for 5000 DGC, so your balance will be adjusted accordingly. The fees should be factored in as part of the trade. Am I missing what you are trying to say?

Actually on BTC-e if I decide to buy 50 FTC @ 0.00049 BTC I will end up with 50 * (1 - 0.002) FTC in my account. Of course, each market handle fees differently, e.g. I believe on MtGox they only charge a fee when you sell BTC... But, as you say, I can just write that I bought 49.9 FTC for a total amount of 0.0245 BTC (converted in USD). However, it could be interesting to know how much money went into fees.

Do you keep track of how often is each altcoin used? It'd be useful to know which ones are the most popular between your users.

Do you keep track of how often is each altcoin used? It'd be useful to know which ones are the most popular between your users. This will be easy to do as I simply have to check for values greater than 0 in the database for each coin. However, the data won't be so useful right now as we've only been live for about a week. I'll definitely run some reports in about a month and let you know.

Yeah, the home page is meant for new users. I will likely change this soon so that logged in members are directed directly to their porfolio. Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to have this done shortly.

Just finished adding all of the missing Cryptsy coins. CryptoFrenzy Portfolio should now support all alts currently being traded on Cryptsy.
The next few weeks we will be focusing on adding various other fiat currencies. I will also be working on a way to view multiple markets to find out which trades (BTC/LTC/XPM) will give you a greater return.
Let me know if you need anything else added.
