which is the best AMD R9 250X Graphics Card Version

I have been looking at "Sapphire R9 290" and it seems to be a pure power hog!
So I checked out the "Sapphire R9 280X Toxic",
It seems to have less Hashing Power but uses a lot less Watts, so I am going to think about getting one.
Just wondering if anyone could tell me what the best model is?
(also, the "Sapphire R9 280x VAPOR" cards seem to be totally out of stock on all online suppliers websites, maybe this would be the best one to go for in this case)

acording my calculations (I can be wrong!) 7950 overclocked still is THE BEST.
 Saw new delivery of 5 cards in one shop. If that's true, will take couple maybe and then begin some more serious crunching. Or will regress to gamer, if this digital coin bubble will burst soon

Please remember to keep in mind current prices with the aforementioned chart. If you can find a 7950 for retail that is great but the chances are pretty slim. The best bet right now is the 280x's
