Say I but this Bitcoin USB Asic miner:

Will it run on my PC? just a normal PC not something speacial, running 32BIT Windows 7.

Will it make my computer louder?
Will it make my computer slower?

I know that paying 75$ for this it will take me like a full year to get it back mining at this speed (Year give or take).
This is not my point,
my point is if I'll be able to mine with that on my simple computer..

Also, I want to buy some bitcoin using PayPal, do you know someone who would accept it?

You can mine with it on any computer.
It will not slow yor computer down an it will not make it louder.
But most important you will not earn anything wit it! Not in a year, not in a ten years, never!!!
Buy btc instead and play with arbitrage!

You can mine with it on any computer.

agreed..... unless you can buy 100 of these really cheap.... better off buying the bitcoins.....   

check localbitcoins.com  find a local seller.... meet at coffeeshop... pay cash... get bitcoins....



repeat as often as you can afford!
