Bitcoin transaction dose not confirm (even though send with a high tx fee)

Hi some one send me folowing transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/2b5707dbdeb31c62381c9b8ff795126ce7ac3883915aaca8e3bd3240488a0ca9

It is way over almos 3 hours and it has 0 confirms :O

The strange thing is that the Transaction fee is rather high....
Also I notice that the " 3 minutes (queue position 13)" always changes, somtime it is in queue position 3 then in the next minut it jumps to position 89...

Any ideas/ help would be appreciate.

That is why. You better double spend those coins with a new transaction, cause that one is probably going to get stuck there.

Oh ok...now its not me how send those coins, it was some one I made a trade with....so what do you think should I do, just wait or ask the sender to resend it? Though if he/she would resend it, wouldn't that mean that I could get 2x 10BTC?

The input script was non-standard due to a bug in the client that generated the transaction (probably happens about once in 256 times).  I fixed the signature by hand.  The transaction now appears as double spend, but should be confirmed soon (unless someone confirms the first one before).

Yes you "fixed" it, and "probably" it happens every x times

Guys what happened is the following, it was an mtgox withdrawal, I sent an angry email with the txid of both txes, one glance and the coins were on their way to bahamaspascal, Actually while they were solving it I was playing DoTA2, and I lost.......
