I have a CCBill Visa Merchant Account that I no longer use.  In order to open one up, you normally have to pay a $750 registration fee and then wait several weeks for approval.  I have one available right now that I can transfer over to you for 60 BTC.  Start taking paid access memberships with Visa (and Mastercard, Discover, JCB, EU Direct Pay, etc) for your website right now!
