is it easy to sell mined BTC

so if I have a gaming PC lying around and decide to start mining.

lets say I mine 10BTC, is it easy and safe to sell this on a site like MTGOX, where will the recieved USD go, to a MTGOX account in my name? Do I then later withdraw these USD from MTGOX to paypal or creditcard?

The Trade is made through MTGOX so no way can the buyer scam me of my BTC?

Mt.Gox wont let the script scam you (unless there is an exploit or something).
With Mt.Gox, you only need to trust them. You don't have to trust the users whom you are buying from (which is pretty much anonymous).
