man people in bed are losing money on ebay, orders they posted are now ending and they are buying btc really high, .5 just sold for over 550 dollars

That is the nature of the game. Unfortunately for the sellers, they have no rights and those high bidders have absolutely no obligation to pay. Sellers can do nothing.
