7970 / 500khash only ?

Hello my friend i'm new here.

I have a problem with sapphire hd 7970 mining only 500khash/sec  with clock 1000/1500

I tried to flash the bios but when i click Start to mining in gui miner the Monitor turn's OFF and the whole PC freezes ?

Any solution about this ? i tried 3-4 different BIOS from sapphire , gigabyte  ?

Hi,

Have you tried using cgminer from the command line? If not, download cgminer 3.7.2 and try this (these are very tame settings to start with):

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://middlecoin.com:3333 -u YOURWALLETADDRESSHERE -p password --gpu-fan=100 --gpu-engine=800 --gpu-memclock=800 --gpu-vddc=1.1700 --intensity=12

If that works, try tweaking the values a little until you get a better hashrate without the temperature getting too high.

what is your cgminer command line you use to start it?

Yes, give us your command line. That is very low result for 7970.

Ok i'll  try this with the BIOS 1

When i switch to bios 2 and try to mining when i click START mining the PC freezes all..

I've tried on cgminer with core 925 / mem 1375 , intensity 13 g 1 and g2 but the hashrate is the same ?

I'm reading on iternet that some 7970 just can't take more than 540khash u need to flash the bios to get more from that... i flashed the bios but when ever i try to start mining the PC freezes all and i need to restart it and same thing hapens every time...
i'v tryed this with cg miner and guiminer...
