Any Mandarin readers can search why BTC100 and HUoBi are no longer quoting?

Could a mandarin reader search why these are no longer active or if they have been closed down?

so would like to know their status as BTC100 was previously showing 10-20k + volume a day

As i know HuoBi is now under CC attack .
Not many ppl use Btc100 , so i am not sure
