Can I get one of them 10 BTC rewards for adding all that power? If not then I'll go back to mining BTC's after a few days.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Anyone know how to reduce stale shares? I'm getting 4-5% as opposed to less than one % on deepbit.

I think the server took a dump (maybe from your extra load. You effectively doubled the ghash/s when you dialed in)
I've mined there for about a week without any nasty stale shares. Than tonight/morning it launched to ~7%.
Once the server gets settled it should be back to normal.
Waiting to hear from the operator (website frontend is down too)

Oh deepbit is my fav, and I have my GUI client set up to connect to slush in case deepbit goes down. I just wanted to accumulate some namecoins considering with 10GHash I can generate a lot.

Also, is the bitcoin client compatible with NMC's? I transferred a bunch over but nothing showed up and it's been 24 hours. How do I get my namecoins on my digital wallet?

You can view your balance in the bitcoin app (swapping out the wallet.dats) but I don't think you can actually update the chain without running namcoind which doesn't have a GUI

There's a link to the binary on the wiki.
Than just navigate to it on a cmd line and run it. If you're in windows and want to run commands against it. Open another cmd window and go at it (ie  namecoind getinfo)

I have been using  http://poolmunity.com/for nmc.  You can not use the bitcoin client for namecoins!  You need to either use the namecoin client and generate an address for yourself, or multicoin with the namecoin config file.
