Whats the longest you've waited on a Bitstamp deposit?

A few months ago, transfers ~$1000 took 7-8days.  I've got ~6k on the way that I've been waiting on for almost a month. My bank said it would take a long time though. I am an American.

Your bank tells you that a wire transfer is going to take a long time?

I would def look for a new bank...

SWIFT Wire transfers should clear after 1 business day. Maybe add an extra day or two max, but after that the money is in their bank. Then its a matter of bitstamp processing the deposit to your account, verifying everyting, etc. The second part is what takes more time.

The banks certainly don't...not sure if bitstamp has banking staff over the weekend or not though.

2 weeks was longest for me. But i asked support after about 2 weeks and got money next day they answered me
