my account got banned, I thought this was a mistake and sent and email to the address in the message I received.
There was no answer or any explanation and so I waited and I sent another email and again no response.

Not sure what it was banned for but I doubt you'll get it back. Why is there a huge gap in your post history from June 23, 2013, to October 08, 2017?

Move on, it was just a  junior member account. We have the next activity period tomorrow, so if you just complete rest 25 posts in next 2 days, this profile will become a junior member. Also it is a good idea to keep your password saved somewhere safely if you want to use the profile here for something important.

Don't you know the rules? According to the official rules in this forum as stated in this thread made by mprep:

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]

In your post, you are encouraging him to break this rule. This is a bad behavior IMO and needs to be corrected. You might not have full knowledge of the forum rules, so next time don't do the same again and take time to read the rules on pinned threads here in meta(or go in the link I gave you since it is the same thread).

It's not like that, but think for sec bitcointalk is not big company;  it's a community run by mostly two administrators.
So it's not only you sending messages, may be daily they are receiving thousands of messages daily. (There are two millions users now)

Banned or Hacked account recovery is at the lowest priority.
