Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Disclaimer...
Local time should work as long as you don’t use a strange isp, run with some sort of deceptive settings or use obfuscation software/services.
As always, JavaScript enabled, no bots and no ad-blockers allowed. For me to be able to provide this service, I depend on visitors viewing the ads and clicking on ads. No trickery, no dirty code, and no bs! If my users play fair with me I’ll be able to raise rewards and provide better service.

Still running, weekdays 17-20.
Unless something is malfunctioning?
At the time of writing India and part of Russia should have happy hour.
