If you are willing to use btc-e because the price is cheaper I guess that you are making a mistake ...
At the end of the day it will be much more expensive that using an other exchange (like bitstamp).

But if you really want to use btc e, you can check their websites and see the fees.

thing about bitstamp is i need to wait so long for verification.
but i was thinking of trading with btc-e while we wait they have alot of options to buy this sell that convert it looks cool.

You can convert currencies on the okpay website, i think it is for free.
But there have been alot of reports that funds have been lost on the way to btc-e and vice versa, the risk is high you get scmamed.

I would just buy bitcoins on your local UK exchange and transfer them to btc-e..Much easier that way
