I have a severe issue with my cooling system.

I have 50+ GPU in a room mining 24/7. They're all GTX 1070/1070ti and right now their average temperature is 84°C and their fans are spinning between 50 and 80%. In front of evey GPU I placed a 12cm fan but it's so damn clear that the real problem is that I am unable to dissipate heat. The room is hot as hell and the passive ventilation is not enough to cool the room. I prepared an awesome image with my paint skills that says everything Grin

Here is my question. I don't fu**ing know how to configure the holes/windows I have. I tried with few setups and I got even hotter temperatures. Keep in mind that I have enough fans for all holes in questions. I'd like to avoid conditioned air solutions. What do you suggest?

I would start with a fan on window #5 which would throw out the (hot) air at a faster speed.
Normally the pressure will try to normalize and this means that colder air would flow in from the other rooms.

It make sense. Outtacke fans should automatically create an ariflow. Until now I tried adding intake fans in 2 and 3 positions and instead of lowering temperatures I got an awesome +10°C in the room Embarrassed What do you suggest for the 12x24cm hole I have on the side of the wall (4) considering that there's fresh air in the other room?

I am not a specialist, I tried only to use logic.
I would use any fan I have at hand and check if this works with good enough results.
And maybe adding obstacles can also help, to avoid the "wind" go out on the shortest path (2+3 => 4).

Imho is a trial and error thing...

What OS you are using for every miner/rig you use? If you are using Windows OS you can set the fan manually with afterburner and set fixed to 90% to 100% to reduce the temp of every card. It might help to reduce the room temp as well.

Also, make sure that you have an exhaust fan to push your hot air outside from the room.
You must do a proper airflow circulation in your room to reduce the room temp.

Can you check this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1806061.msg18107895#msg18107895
and maybe you might get some idea from the link above if what is the air circulation do.
