I will take a loan in BTC
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

You have already been tagged for asking non-collateral loans before.

Piss off you scammer, no one will fund your loan.
If you had any miners, you would had already sold one to fund the "costs". And if your non-existant miners are already on loss, why do you think that you could pay this loan back?
