It hasn't been high on my priority list but we got a guy coming in who might enjoy that task.

Anyone here have experience with this?  Our current packaging only throws a few Lintian warnings and errors, probably easy to clean up.  I assume that's a pre-requisite. What do we do after that?

I have no idea how that whole process works. I just know it would be really nice. If your client makes it to the Debian repo, it's sort of a stamp of approval from a very stability and security minded group of linux users. Electrum is going to be released with Debian 8. I don't think it's too late for Armory, either. I think you've got another 6-12 months before it's too late. I hope whoever that guy is that's helping you really steps up and makes it happen. Would be great to see Armory in Debian 8 stable.

I second the motion. Grin It would greatly simplify using Armory with TAILS.

Well, I haven't had it as a high priority, but I could probably pretty easily create an offline bundle for TAILS.  I have the release scripts setup now to make offline bundles easier to add to the release process.  Just a one - time down payment of figuring out the required packages to bundle.

I got this to work with Tails and will post a summary of how I do it this weekend.

It's not the most elegant solution, but if you're willing to type in a few commands each time you boot into your "Tails offline wallet "environment then it gets the job done.
