Hi there,

I am new to mining and I was trying to set up a miner for myself for quite some time. But I have not got any of them working so far. I read some forum posts and then tried to use cudaminer, because of my GPU. But as I already suspected: It didn´t work as well.

When I start the miner, it shows:
Code:
1 miner threads started, using `scrypt´ algorithm.
Binding thread 0 to cpu 0
Long-polling activated for http://MININGPOOL:PORT/LP
GPU #0: starting up...
GPU #0: with compute capability 0.0
GPU #0: interactive: 1, tex-cache: 0 , single-alloc: 0
And after that cudaminer.exe crashes - without performing an autotuning or something else

Here is my current cudaminer-configuration for the 2013-10-10 (Using that version, because otherwise he can´t even load the GPU-driver):
Code:
cudaminer.exe -i 1 -l auto -C 0 -H 0 -d 0 -o MININGPOOL:PORT -O MYUSERNAME.1:x

GPU: GeForce GTX 570m
System: Win7 x64

I´ve also tried nearly every other flag configuration but the miner keeps crashing at the same point.
Please help me. Can´t help myself anymore. Huh

I do use cudaminer myself not sure if i can offer any help tho.  I'm guessing you changed the info to generic stuff for posting purposes?  Otherwise you need to input the actual site/username etc.

Looking at my setup it starts the same as yours but I just use auto-tuning so I don't use any flags in the config file.  Have you tried not using any flags and just letting it auto-tune?

Do you have the latest nvidia drivers and the latest version of cudaminer installed? You might try to remove all flags and see if it will run. With the latest version of cudaminer, my GTX 760 will crash after its first autotune. Then I just re-run it and it works OK.

I am having an issue like this.  I have downloaded CUDA drivers from the cuda network install wizard from the site, I have also installed new drivers from the Device manager and I am again trying to get them from Geforce.com for my Geforce GTX 860m.  This is my log.

Welcome to the forum.  You will have better luck over in the altcoin forum.

Before doing a lot of mining I highly suggest doing some ROI math.  Sadly for most the day's of GPU mining are gone.  Most will run at a loss just running.  And as far as day's of ROI'ing on a GPU they are far gone.
