No it never happen there is no comparison both have different concept. Although DOGE is cheaper in transactions because of low of this coin but on other side ETH is upgraded version of blockchain which open the doors of opportunities through its smart contracts platform.

Transaction fees of Dogecoin are low because of two main factors:
1) It's low price
2) It's low intrinsic transaction fees

See from the beginning of Doge tratransaction is low and yes I can agree with you maybe because of the price the transaction fee is very low. Doge price is always struggling and it is impossible to increase its price because of the supply.

When it was 2-5 sats,  nobody believed it can be anything higher than 10 sats for huge supply, but it did. Price now 44 sat, but I saw it as high as 70 sat. I think it depends on project living years as well.

why do you think that could add more value ? it is needed right now just to have seme fast and cheap transactions. With lightning that would be more than possible with bitcoin itself.  Don´t you with Doge will therefore lose in value?

Actually dogecoin is very cheap so you can use it for sending. I personally use it to move my money from one exchange to another due to a lower fee almost just a penny. That's why it popularly used as payment means on gambling platforms.

Well there might be some chances I guess. If bitcoin really tanks further everything is possible. And even if it takes off soon it might crush the doge price in satohsi price further as well. I would actually try to buy below 25 sats to be sure
