Yes, that's probably a good start. Look for youtube videos about crypto trading and I'm sure that you will find a lot of them. And we all know that investopedia is one of the best resource not only crypto trading but stock market as well so you might explore it as well. But I disagree with the trading bot though, its much better for the OP to learn everything manually because getting his hands on a trading bot. I'm sure that most of us started without any bots to help us along the way but its better to gain everything through your instinct and you can used bot later if you have that experience already.

Nothing is perfect so don't be afraid you got wrong in crypto especially in trading all of us experienced that feeling. The first you can do is research and study about crypto trading it's not easy but if you have patience you can do it. I think you should visit the youtube or the Crypto trading site. There are a lot of topics that help newbies and it suits you.
I learned from the videos on youtube and now I am quite proficient in the transaction.

If you are new and have no Idea what to do what I would suggest is stop it. You will lost your money in no time. What you need to do is study first the market and learn how to trade.

Also there are a lot of exchange that gives out a demo account. Start with that first before dealing a live account.
