Is 'xmlgold.eu' legit for Litecoin to Paypal orders?
Has anyone ever used it before?

It's because all the other domains that don't end with a 'eu' have been reported as scams.

Well it seems so, I sent the bare minimum of $10 (about 0.3 LTC) and received it to my PayPal.
It does take about 24 hours to confirm though...
