Hello to all.
This is my first post on this forum, and it seemed that currently I can make posts to this board only.  Sad
Recently I have read some articles about btc and I thought it was really interesting.
So I'm a bit curious about more detailed algorithm of btc's implemetation. I don't want to read the full source of a btc client. Where can I find a simple but complete introduction on btc mining's algorithm? Can anyone provide a link for it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At the bottom is a link to a wellcommented C source, maybe that helps you. You dont need to understand C for its good comments.

Now I have several questions about the mining pools.
Does it need some special permissions to build a mining pool? Or everyone can build one by himself at will?

Right now it's still hard for me to understand how this could be possible. I will study more about it.
Thank you!
