Can someone help me understand how to read fiatleak.com?

I tried googling "Fiatleak FAQ", and looked on numerous sites, but I can't seem to find the answer to this relatively simple question.

Underneath the country, there are red, green, and purple numbers.  What do they represent?

For example right now:

Russia
+3 *green*
84347 *red*
@25950 *purple*

China
+784 *green*
+376889 *red*
@4799 *purple*

For Russia the red number is far higher than the purple number, but for China it is the other way around.

don't look too hard into it. the data cannot correlate to fiat actually flowing in....
