I believe that somewhere in the future a cryptocoin will fully replace the normal currency of today. The ease of transactions and everything that comes with it make it superior in many ways. Yet I don't think it will be Bitcoin that wil lbe the all replacing currency. Probably one of the follow ups that has yet to be released.

I think it will reach 10 000 in 2-3 years. When price was $100 many people were talking that it is maximum value

Bitcoin growth is sometimes unpredictable (from few cents to over a thousand dollar). therefore you can never tell but I think it won't reach $10,000 in the few coming years.

I think we can use some optimistic threads like this one now that price drops like a rock... (And to think that this is a week's old thread... Damn that volatility)

Btc was known for the drug market. The public currently believes that SR was closed down , they don't have a clue SR2 is online , and the recent news have directed the attention to other things. Buying a car with BTC , lots of services accepting BTC so you can almost survive with BTC only in some cities and much more.

Central banks can print infinite money.
Therefore, price level will be infinite.

Actually much less than 60% know about Bitcoin, the media attenion was only in United States and China. In some parts of the world, no media attenion at all

I really hope so but right now it doesn't look like it at all. I think an anonymous crypto currency may replace bitcoin at some point. How do you figure? There's just not a fat chance... I think there might be slight modifications and patches applied to the bitcoin schema but by and large, it's here to stay for a very long haul.

You mean more anonymous ? I doubt because to stay anonymous you must be anonymous on all levels, from internet connection to depositing and withdrawing USD

I don't think that it can happen in the near future. The problem is people are just greedy as hell. If you buy Bitcoin for $1000 and it goes up to $2000, I think most will simply take profits. In my opinion, there will have to be many resistance points broken to ever see $10,000.

i think that bitcoin has two possibilities in two years roadmap:
a) value near around 3000-7000$ b) value between 0 and 100$
..and what will be? nobody knows
I think this is way off. If (b) were to be not true, that would mean that bitcoin has been around for 2 years, meaning the popularity/usage would have been very exposed to the mainstream. So if it does and it doesn't hit zero, it will have skyrocketed to well above 7k
