Maximum ICO are failing Now!!

I have known several ICO project name who are failing and they can't reach the even soft cap. What is the reason? Investors are decreasing or what? Besides this, Many Good Ratings ICO scamming now too!
I don't know why this is happening, For Market Down or Investors are losing their courage in ICO?

Precisely most of them are falling it because some of them are just pump and dump. No updates of their project and even some of them are just copy paste and no uniqueness but some ICO are going strong its because they have updates and progress of the project that is what we call LONG TERM PROJECT.

The struggle is not just with the investors, its the novelty, the range, the prospects and a tech that needs to update itself. The failures are not just limited to copycats, as we call them, there are genuine projects out there i think, flummoxed simply by reaching out for the moon.

ICOs are bubble they might start to burst soon but crypto is not a bubble. ICOs are doing project that are almost identical to side-by-side with each competitor what matter most here of which of them will survive. With good reputation, credibility, community support and goog industrial & financial backings will remain in this abusive crypto world, the rest will struggle.

Maximum ico failed during bear market but good project somehow perform will , not as we expected but they hold their value , I believe project with good Team and community will perform better, and your 2nd questions why project or ico are now unable to reach their  hardcap in my views because most of ico in bear Market fell really bad , that's why people gets very choosy in terms of ico investment , look at Daostack it reach its hardcapvery quickly

According to this, People are investing in ICO to earn huge profits but they will not even take their money back. Because I think many projects are honest deception, which is not ashamed to show their projects but on the other hand I think that there is a project that can not get the right amount of money.

the ICO has much the same concept, so this will make the competition will be very tight. If the team is not clever in the market the ICO will then compete with each other. This certainly would make investors less interested because the team less hard work and could not take the attention of investors.
