How long has it been taking lately to get some cash into Dwolla...this is the 4th business day I've waited

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

For me it's been pretty consistent at 3-4 business days, but I haven't done any transfers since their latest "security push". Paxum on the other hand.. 5 days and counting...

Damn I was thinking of going with paxum hoping it might be faster once you got your ID verified and all that. Guess not....

Well I'd have made 5 grand if I bought the amount of coins I wanted when it was hovering at 6-8. But alas, Dwolla took it's sweet time.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a way to send money from one place to another without ridiculous fees and without having to wait several days?

Sometimes I dream I win a 200 million dollar powerball draw but then I wake up and taste bitter reality. Seriously, bitcoin isn't even close to becoming mainstream, if ever...And stuff like taking 4 days minimum to get cash in the system isn't helping.

Well, some of the problems we're solving are biting us in the ass currently. It's called a transition and takes time.

It takes an average of 4-5 days for me. This does help illustrate the need for bitcoin.

Hey..in all honesty, I'm rooting for bitcoin. I'd love to see it play a part in history.
Though based on some responses here and other stuff I've been reading within this forum, I feel there's too many fanboys always uptalking bitcoin and how great it's gonna be and not enough people actually contributing and working on making it great.

It's a valid complaint. Personally I don't spend as much time on this forum as I used to, because I'm busy building various bits of superstructure around Bitcoin which you'll hear about in a few days, weeks, or months.
