It for sure a scam, Who would sell for this loss even if the OP got in early and just want to leave he for sure know what the price is. It's more likely that you will be able to scam someone if you just lower the price 5-10% of the real price.

guessing this is the same user scamming people on OTC

though it's odd they want paypal not bitcoin..as this would be one the few legit chargeback uses with paypal when he ends up not delivering the 3btc
