Just as the title says, looking for a vpn service that does L2TP/IPSec and isn't blocked from China.

Bandwidth would be tops 2Gb per month (probably a good bit less than this though), Android version Gingerbread.

Yes, mainly to connect to the non-Chinese Android market as they're blocked here.

Probably looking at around 0.5btc per month, have you already got this service set up or are you going to specifically set it up?

If it's option 2 then I think you should add yourself to the vpn services page on the wiki, you'd be the only L2TP/IPSec VPN available (you could specifically target droids).

too lazy to make it a commercial service, im only sitting on a very speedy cable connecti
i'll see if i can get my hands on some dedicated servers if this is a high-demand service

current uptime is around 97%
