Newbie Status makes it tough to get help

I can't ask for help with cherry picking anywhere but the newbie area instead of the cherry picking area.  Can someone please help me or move the post so I can get feedback.

Just post in the newbie section, there are plenty of people who do respond to newbie questions or will be willing to help repost if it is of interest to them.

I am no expert but the Cherry picking team helped me get mine running.  I am sure they will be able to help you.

It's quite sad this community needs a Newbie sections and whitelist mechanism. I'm not sure what's worse. The newbie thingy or the forums being spammed all over the place.
