It comes from the expression that "even a dead cat will bounce if it falls from a great height", meaning that a relatively small rise of value isn't necessarily the end of a downward trend such that of a bubble being popped.

At this point in time, the only thing certain is that we have no way of knowing where it's going even if some people like to pretend they do.
