How to transfer bitcoins from wallet over to Bitstamp account

I simply wonder how I can transfer money from my digital wallet over to my Bitstamp account.
Any ideas?

Login to bitstamp, click deposit -> then bitcoin. There should be a bitcoin address, that's where you need to send your coins

with the address on bitstamp, make a transaction through your wallet? Just paste the address in ur wallet and choose the amount of btc u wanna send. After its been confirmed u'll see it on bitstamp. Should be easy

Of course, be aware that it is not an instant process. Might need to wait a couple of hours for the deposit to show up in your account.

Thank you guys. It says that I have to verify myself when I do this so I guess that I have to do that first.
