Okay so I was going to try to make a altcoin. Is just a beginner in this, so if it becomes a real coin or just a hobby project for the challenge, we'll see.

Here are some questions I have:
----------------------------------
Which coin should I use as a base?
Looking for suggestions for a good name?
How many coins?
Coins per block?

Can you think of any more questions I should add. Just let me know and I will add them to the list.

That's all I can think of right now. Thanks in advance.

Like the amount Smiley. Been thinking about maybe even more coins.

anoncoin, litecoin, primecoin......

Do you mean to answer the question: Which coin should i use as a base?

If so, why these?

How many coins?

But then what about the inevitable premine...

How do you mean?

Thinking about a few% of the coin can be used as payment to the users performing various services related to the coin.
