As part of the marketing campaign,
Elysian will be coordinating an airdrop token distribution to members of the blockchain community. Airdrop is a common technique implemented by several projects in the cryptocurrency space which involves distributing a fixed amount of free tokens to each participant. The objective of this article is to explain how to participate in the Elysian airdrop and how the process works. The Airdrop Campaign registration will begin during the Private Token Event and run throughout the actual Token Generation Event. The only way to participate and guarantee eligibility is to follow the instructions provided below.
How to Receive TokensIn order to be eligible for the
Elysian airdrop, users must have an active Ethereum wallet to receive airdropped tokens. The Elysian token (Elycoin) is an ERC-20 built on the Ethereum network, thus all members of the community that have interest in receiving tokens must be able to provide an Ethereum address linked to an Ethereum-based wallet. The most popular Ethereum-based wallet for ERC-20 storage is MyEtherWallet. For participants that wish to avoid storing tokens digitally, you may use physical storage options such as the Ledger Nano S. Sign-Up ProcessThe initial step before the airdrop begins is joining the
Elysian Telegram group. This is mandatory.
Elysian will be confirming the Telegram handles of airdrop participants against the total members of our Telegram group to determine which and how many users joined as part of the Airdrop Campaign.
Participants then must fill out our
Airdrop Campaign Form and provide the following information:

*Last Name
*Email Address
*Telegram Username
*Ethereum Address
*Where did you hear about Elysian?
Once this information is filled out and turned in to Elysian, you will be eligible to participate in the campaign and receive tokens.
Token DetailsIn the Elysian Airdrop Campaign, 0.1% of the total token supply will be allocated to the campaign. This percentage is equivalent to 1,000,000 tokens. The one million tokens will be distributed equally among all properly registered and eligible participants. For example, if 50,000 people sign up for the campaign, then each participant would receive 20 tokens. All tokens will be distributed 30 days after the completion of the Elysian Token Generation Event. There is no minimum or maximum amount of users allowed to register because the primary purpose of the campaign is to reach out to as many people as possible to build the Elysian community.
KYC/AML VerificationElysian has a very strict policy for its Token Generation Event, requiring a thorough KYC verification process for all contributors. This is primarily to prevent ineligible or suspect users from participating in any aspect of the token sale.
However, due to the fact that there are no regulatory requirements to comply with for an airdrop since there is no act of purchase, Elysian has decided to exclude KYC/AML from the Airdrop Campaign. There is no need to risk submitting any personal information for an airdrop and additionally, this will allow a substantial portion of people to participate in the campaign, including those who would prefer to avoid entering personal information but still have an interest in being a part of the Elysian community. Elysian will ensure from their end that only legitimate participants receive tokens at the end of the campaign as part of its fair and responsible participation requirements.
