Nobody will buy from you sending first. You've got just this single post as everybody can see on your profile.

You've got 3 options: Maybe you find an idiot how accepts your offer, you use an escrow or you register on localbitcoins

Also to show that you are no scammer you should post screenshots of your wallet and other proofs.
