Why have you a scam report on you and your website is around the web when googling it with "scam" words, a lot of shit pop up.

go to the scam section of this forum you will see bitstamp, mtgox has scam reports also.
if your handling more than many customers daily and weekly and monthly there are bound to be many opinions and some few problems.
the person who reported scam about us posted it in different forums without proof.
he wanted to use our service to scam someone who is supposed to be his client. we didn't help him and he lost funds and he went around posting. in all its what you see when you have service which handles different characters.
