Altcoin Mining Contracts!

Starting to rent out altcoin mining power by the month, have 600 khash/s rented out at the moment and 500 up for rent.  Price is to be determined by general altcoin profitability at the time of rental.  A flat 10% fee will be taken out to cover electricity/hardware failure/emergency downtime, and because of this I can guarentee 100% uptime.  I will accept payments in BTC or GDMP, but feel free to contact me about other payments methods.  Payments will be made weekly in the currency of your choice, BTC by default.  I could also payout in Paypal if you would prefer.  Mining will be done on the Hashcows multipool.

I will take about 70% of the Middlecoin profit for the last day and use that to price you for the month.  This gives room for a nice ROI, and gives me my money upfront to get more equipment, pay for electricity, etc.  Payment must be made in full after I demonstrate that I have the power to backup your contract.

Mining will be done on Hashcows, coins are auto-exchanged, and it always is mining the most profitable coin.  It seems to make me a lot more than a manual switcher does because shares that didn't find a block rollover to the next.  If you rent out the whole rig, I can mine whatever/however you want, though.  https://hashco.ws/profits.html shows it staying in the 20-35 per mhash/s range since the spike, so at bare minimum you'll make a little ROI, at maximum you could be making 150% in a month, give or take.

450 khash/s for a month starting at Midnight, with 10% taken off to cover electricity/hardware.  100% uptime guarenteed, with any loss coming out of my pocket.  By sending payment, you agree to these terms, and that I am not responsible for potential loss from mining profitability going down, outages on pools (although I have backups that are also multicoin), or other things out of my personal control/fault.

I've also made automated buying for when I'm not around.  To calculate the price, take the total Middlecoin payout (on their frontpage) for the past 2 days and find the average.  Divide this by the pool's current total hashrate in Mhash/s (rejected and accepted).  Divide this by 1000, multiply it by the number of khash/s you want, and multiply it by 0.7.  Multiply this by 31 and you get the total price for your month contract.  All payments can be sent to 1HBfSphbj8LaFkuLybbqb8rXrnkH5bsqPG.  Once you've paid, just drop the info in the spreadsheet and I'll see it when I'm sending the next round of payouts.
